CJC-1295 (No DAC) / GHRP-6 — 2 mg / 2 mg

$24.74

This blend combines a modified GHRH fragment with the hexapeptide secretagogue GHRP-6. Vendors describe complementary growth-hormone stimulation and repair-related research, while relevant human synergy studies used GHRH rather than the exact no-DAC formulation. For research use only; not for human or veterinary use.

Research Use Only. Not for human consumption, diagnostic use, or clinical application. Priced items use order requests; unpriced catalog listings are inquiry-only.

CJC-1295 without DAC/GHRP-6 combines two distinct synthetic peptides: modified GRF(1–29), associated with the GHRH receptor, and GHRP-6, associated with the ghrelin/growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor. Core Peptides lists this explicitly as a no-DAC blend and describes the proposed purpose as complementary stimulation of growth-hormone synthesis and secretion. Its product narrative additionally connects the blend with research on muscle and ligament repair. These are the seller’s mechanistic and application claims, not a statement that all outcomes were measured with the same formulation. [1]

In human endocrine studies, GHRP-6 combined with native GHRH produced a synergistic growth-hormone response in people with diabetes and comparison participants. Another study found that blocking endogenous GHRH greatly reduced the growth-hormone response to GHRP-6 in healthy men, supporting interaction between the pathways. [2,3] Those studies explain the rationale for pairing a GHRH analogue with GHRP-6 but did not test the requested commercial mixture. The “No DAC” qualifier is important: the listed component lacks the albumin-binding modification of long-acting CJC-1295. Findings about prolonged exposure to the DAC compound, or tissue-repair experiments involving GHRP-6 alone or other partners, remain separate from results for this exact blend. [1]
