Shipping
Every Heritage Bio Labs order ships through USPS Priority Mail, which is now our sole shipping carrier for all products. Once your payment is received, your order is prepared and shipped within 24 hours — never later than 48 hours after payment.
Packages leave our facility Monday through Saturday. Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern time ship the same day; orders received after that cutoff ship the following day. A tracking number is issued for every shipment so your package can be followed from our door to yours, with a typical delivery window of 2–5 business days.
Didn't see your package yet?
USPS Informed Delivery gives you a digital preview of mail and packages headed to your address before they arrive. Please check your USPS Informed Delivery once it has been a maximum of 48 hours after your payment.
If you still do not see any packages headed your way, send us an email to info@heritagebiolabs.com with your name and order number, and we will locate your shipment right away.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under certain conditions, such as the wrong products being shipped or products damaged during transit. If either happens, contact us and we will make it right.
If you decide you no longer want your order, we issue a refund when the package is marked as returned to sender and the package itself was never opened. Refunds in this case are issued in full, minus the cost of shipping.
Because of the nature of our research materials, what we can accept for a return or refund is limited. Please read our Terms & Conditions before ordering so there are no misunderstandings.
