Waiver Agreement Policy

Your acknowledgments

• I am 21 years of age or older.
• I am buying these products only for lawful laboratory research.
• I will not use, give or sell any product for consumption by people or animals, or represent any product as a drug, supplement or food.
• I understand the products are not FDA-approved and that their effects may not be fully known.
• I will store and handle products safely, and only qualified individuals will handle them.
• I am responsible for knowing and following the laws where I live and work.

Assumption of risk and release

You accept all risks of handling and using the products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Heritage Bio Labs and its owners, staff and suppliers from claims, losses or injuries arising from your handling, use or misuse of any product, and you agree to cover any costs we incur because you broke these terms.

Misuse

If we believe a product is being bought for human or animal use, we may cancel the order (refunding any payment) and refuse future orders.

Limits

Nothing in this waiver removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
