By using heritagebiolabs.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You agree not to use, resell or label any product for such uses.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase research materials where you are located. You are responsible for following all laws that apply to you.
Accounts
An account with a verified email is required to check out. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Some items are listed as inquiry-only and cannot be purchased online. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors or unavailable stock; if a cancelled order was paid, we will refund it. Any first-order discount applies once per customer as shown at checkout.
Payment
We accept cryptocurrency through our payment processor and manual payment by Cash App, Apple Pay or PayPal as described at checkout. For manual payments, send the exact amount shown and enter nothing but your order number in the note. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.
Shipping
We ship by USPS within the United States. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout; estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. Make sure your address is correct — we are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
Returns
Because of the nature of research materials, returns are not accepted once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will review it.

Educational content, the Research Assistant and the peptide calculator are provided for general research reference only and are not medical, legal or professional advice. Certificates of analysis are posted only when available for a specific batch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, products and the site are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. We are not liable for any misuse of products or for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
